Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Aumiraa piece

At Aumiraa, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every jewellery piece we offer.
However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the simple, transparent conditions below.

🛍️ Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including jewellery box, pouch, and tags).
  • Earrings cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or faulty due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

💎 Return Fees

  • A flat $10 return fee applies for all change-of-mind returns.
  • If your item is damaged or faulty on arrival, no return fee will be charged — we’ll cover the full cost.
  • No restocking fee is applied on any return.

💰 Refund Amount

All approved refunds will be processed for the same amount you paid at the time of purchase, excluding any original shipping cost.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Additionally, sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email care@aumiraa.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).
  2. Our support team will share return instructions and address details.
  3. Ship the item securely in its original packaging using tracked postage.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Aumiraa is not responsible for parcels lost in return transit.

✨ Damaged or Faulty Items

If you’ve received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
    We’ll organise a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
