Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Jewellery must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- All packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Earrings — because they pass through a pierced ear, they are considered hygiene-sensitive. Once tried on, they cannot be safely cleaned or resold.
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Why only earrings?
Necklaces, bangles, bracelets, and rings do touch the skin, but since they don’t pass through the body, they may be returned if unworn and pristine. This policy is standard in the jewellery industry to ensure all customers receive items that are fresh, clean, and safe to wear.
Return Shipping & Restocking
- Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect, Aumiraa will cover the return shipping.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all cancelled and returned orders.
Why?
This fee covers unavoidable merchant processing costs, third-party fees, and the careful inspection and handling of returned pieces before restocking.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to secure a different piece is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
